I was going through some old photo albums recently and discovered these two shots I took in the mid 1980's at B.C. Hydro's bus maintenance facility in Victoria. That's my series one in the background. I never found out what it was used for , maybe someone remembers. An interesting old Landrover any way and I'm glad I snapped these pics before it was lost to history.

FYI

Many modern phone photo apps auto sense and rotate the image for you. Unfortunately the forum doesn’t do it.

If you open the image for editing on your pc or Mac, you an manually rotate and save it. It will then display correctly when you upload to the forum.

It was for washing buses, the motor ran a hydraulic pump that both moved the vehicle and ran the pressure washer. I have some pictures as well somewhere.

Thanks Colin , sounds like it was highly modified but that is what Landrover was famous for , the ability to be modified into just about anything.
