Greetings all - I am getting ready to fit new mains bearings to my '93 RRC LWB 4.2L . Any service or overhaul manual I can find states that the main bearing cap bolts are to be coated with the mystery lubricant "Marston EXP16A" - which seems to be NLA.
Any advice as to a substitute for EXP16A ? ARP Ultra torque assembly lube? Or just plain old 30W oil?

The RAVE for the Disco 4.6 says engine oil I would imagine teh ARP would work fine
