Dear Roverlanders - it is with mixed feelings I am putting this on the market.
I bought a little over a year ago from a fellow member.
It has been as a daily runner. I have spent a lot of time enjoying upgrading and fixing it up. currently it is in tip top shape, thanks to the gang over at Don's (rovalution)
While the truck is terrific to use and comfortable both on highway and city - I'm increasing finding I really need a pick up for work.
And with a driveway jammed with a couple of motorcycles, a family car and a soon to be delved diesel pick up -- it is prudent to part with this even though I really want to keep it.

while it has recived lots of attention - the market not supporting the asking price
I am willing to sell it to a member for a lower price - around $21,500. - candidly this won't get me what I put in to this but ...

1997 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 300TDi 5SP Original Diesel, not a conversion! 249k Kms. No Rust. New Engine head work and engine overhaul completed by BC land rover specialist Rovalution in North Vancouver.
This is a rare find and a one off vehicle.
Imported from the canary island, this land rover is uncommon in North America, it is in excellent body and mechanical condition. This original factory built 5 speed 300 TDI, off-road classic is a basic European model free of lots of the North American electrical up grades, (no air bags, and minimal electronics). This is a proper vehicle with all the ability land rover is famous for. The rigorous service and maintenance done has made this truck ready for a major trip or lots of weekend adventuring. The ability of this Landrover is fantastic; in many ways it is like owning a defender at a fraction of the cost.
Included in the sale are 4 newish studded BFGoodrich tires, two new waterproof seat cover, cross members for the roof rack, a box of parts.
