I've searched the google machine, but can't seem to find what I'm after.
What I'm looking for is a photo of the transmission crossmember when mounted to the truck, and where the transmission mounts to the crossmember.
Basically a few shots from under someone's truck should be what I need. And while you're at it, could you snap one of the engine and firewall? That shows how far away from the firewall the 300tdi should be.
My 110 doesn't have a transmission crossmember. I have some crazy engine mounts that seem to tie back to the R380, but I feel both that this isn't right, and isn't enough. My 110 Has a 300tdi in it now, but was a V8 (body), and what I imagine was a 2.5NA diesel chassis. I'd just like to get things squared away, so I don't have to think about it when I go wheelin, on epic voyages, or to costco.
Thanks in advance!!

Re: Photo of R380 Transmission crossmember in place
Christopher,
I'm sure a few of us would love to see snaps of your set-up. Cannot imagine having no cross member for the gearbox.
Send me you email address and I will share pics of my 300 hundy installation. If you are up Maple Bay Area you could also drop by. Might also be able to help you out with a crossmember if required.
Eric.
