Looks like an old Unimog or Mercedes.

It looks a lot like this one, which Mr Google Images says is a IIB FC...

It is a mog. You can see the portals and the mog front.

Also has 6 wheel nuts like the 101 which can take mog rims. Though from the angle of the shot it could almost pass for a FC model...

Thanks! Looks cool, might be useful as a logging truck but at $60k it's most certainly the very last thing anyone NEEDS.
