Journey's end after 55 years

An epic journey which began in 1960 in Argentina is finally expected to end in 2015 after the original expedition was abandoned.
Mike Andrews, 76, from Bristol will join two of his original companions hoping to complete the 40,000-mile TransAmerican expedition from South America to Alaska.
The trip was cut short 500 miles from the finish due to the harsh Alaskan winter.
The former Cambridge graduates will be reunited with the Series 2 Land Rover which carried them on the original journey which was filmed by Mr Andrews.
