Yesterday, a strange fastener fell out of the driver's door frame (part near the windshield). There seemed to be no resistance when I tried to put it back in. (i.e. I could fully insert it into its hole easily by hand.)
Anyone know what it is, or how to get it back to doing whatever job it is supposed to be doing?
Any advice greatly appreciated! :D
Photos of the suspect are attached. It's an L322.

Too out of focus to tell what it is.

Re: Strange fastener
Your photos are out of focus so i'm not 100% sure on the fastener but the top piece (the button part) should pull out of the bottom (where the gap is). The top piece will tighten against the bottom.
