I have the same problem. Every morning when cold I have to run the shifter through the gears ,sometimes a few times before I get the starter to kick in I haven't looked at it yet. I guess I will work on it when it wont start one cold rainy morning when I'm in a hurry (Its always the way).
If I work it out I'll let you know or learn from your post.
