Most of you that are members will receive a letter in the next day or two outlining some items of business we want your input on at the AGM. Please plan on attending.

The AGM will be held this year at 6 PM, during the Founders Day event on January 8th, 2005. Vehicles are welcome for Founders Day any time after 4:30 PM.
We are open to other items of business to be added to the agenda, which I'm working on now. Please email me directly with any suggestions or additions to the agenda: [email protected]
As usual, we will be holding election of club executive towards the end of the AGM. The current executive will allow their names to stand, but all positions are open for nomination. Please email your nominations for executive positions to Rick Mellenger: [email protected]. As well, we will accept nominations from the floor at the AGM.
