Disco 4.0 to 4.6

Hi everyone!!
Just wanted to say a few words about my conversion. My 96 Disco Is now running a 2004 4.6 that I had rebuilt. The only problem you will run into Is the timing cover on the 4.6 Is deeper pushing all your pullys forward and not leaving the right amout of room between the rad.You will need to use your old, or by a new 4.0 litre timing cover and your old oil pan.I have just got back from my annual tour De BC with my wife her friend the two dogs and Alot of wine the truck averaged about 410 to 470 KM a tank of fuel, I managed to never spend more than a $1.50 per litre. If you are looking for more power, this Is the way to go. YOU WONT BE DISAPIONTED.I would also like to thank Alister at HESP for doing the work, this man has helped me out time and time again.CheersAndrew
