Rochester Float Level?

#1 Post by dfritter » Sat Jul 19, 2008 5:34 pm

I have a sneaking suspicion the float level on my Rochester's a bit on the high side, does anyone know what the float level is supposed to be on these things?!

The best thing you could do for your engine is pitch that Rochester. They are too much carb for the 2.25 Rover engine and over time will do nothing but harm. In fact I just threw one in the garbage this afternoon. You can read a little blurb about them in the "Technical Articles" section of this site.

Sorry, can't help you with your float question.
