That is funny! You're just gonna have to wait until spring thaw — or disconnect the exhaust at the front header pipe and drive it somewhere indoors...

I totally understand, this weekend while cutting firewood in the bush my kids decided to wash the truck with nice clean abbrasive ice. There are other tricks to thaw the pipe but I agree with daves method. Probably best to let it thaw slowly to prevent it's splitting the pipe. good luck
