Event Planning at the February Meeting

#1 Post by DaveB » Tue Jan 29, 2008 10:55 am

Hi,

Our February Meeting will be concentrating on planning of our schedule of events for the year. Kris has already started a thread on the Mackenzie Trail, but we've got a big year ahead of us...

So, if you have ideas to suggest, post them here, then we'll discuss and assemble the calendar for the year at the meeting.

I've had the suggestion of Naches come in, as well as a run in the Kootenays.

Personally we're hoping to go to the National Rally in Moab in September.

cheers, Dave

Just a reminder to everyone that this year is the 60th anniversary of Landrover!!!!!!!!!!

There were discussions about making a big weekend event, BBQ / campout and off-road run, surrounding the ABFM this year!!

Somehow Landrovers 60th anniversary got forgotten about at ABFM headquarters. Please help convince the organisers to make Landrover a featured mark and make room to showcase the 60 plus Landrovers that will attend by emailing the organizers at [email protected].

Thanks,
Don
P.S. Stuart L, you better get a ten car trailer!! :P

I have 2 weeks booked off at spring break & thought of Australia when I found this event in Cooma NSW.

Here is the link to what Australia is doing.
