Under Seat Boxes...front and rear

Does anyone know where I can find someone to manufacture some storage boxes for under my passenger seat and also in the rear tub sides.

Can I buy these used or do I need to have them made?

When I get them do I need any special structural support from the frame or would hanging them be sufficient?

Thoughts and Ideas welcome.

I think they just hang on a flange so no need to add bracing,
