Need somewhere to put a boat in Kelowna

I'm thinking of buying an older boat to fart around with this summer, looking at a 16ft runabout right now. Problem is I live in a basement suite and have no where to put it. Does anyone have any spare driveway space, I'd be willing to "rent" it :), or know of any inexpensive places to put it?
