So, bought a 73 Lightweight and discovered upon receipt it came with front disk brakes! Only, I don’t know if it’s a custom conversion or a kit I cannot figure out who made and as the truck has gone through several owners since it’s importation to the US I’ve run out of people to call to figure it out. So I’m posting pictures and see if anyone else can tell me about it!

I suspect you have found this web site, but just in case
Series Land Rover disk brake conversions
I think you might have this
Pre-2010 disc brake conversion kits are based upon the disc brakes that come on the Spanish built Santana PS10 (Iveco Massif). There is link to the very basic PDF info below
Early Conversion
Hope this helps

I thought that they might be Girling 60 Calipers that were fitted to a variety of 90's VW and Audi's.

But it's a bit difficult to tell from your pics. Can you find any markings on them? Make and part no?
