Just wondering if anyone can tell me why it idles rough?
I put in mid-grade unleaded gas in, drives really smoothly but at a red light or at a stop sign, it seems to kind of 'gurgle' a bit....
Why does it do that? Looking forward to some answers.
Thanks, Lee

Rough idle...
Hi Lee,
Here is a great web site for RRC remedies, scroll through until you find the relevant info.
http://www.rangerovers.net/rremedies.htm#intro
Make sure you do all the obvious things first, such as clean your spark plugs, distributor cap, air filter.
The manual states using at least 92 Octane gas. You may need to change the fuel filter which is up behind your right, rear wheel.
Other things to check, make sure you have the correct gas filler cap, check your ground battery connect is good and tight (at both ends).
good luck and let us know when you find the cause,
cheers,
Andy
