Anyone currently got a container coming out from the UK with space for a 90 in it?
Alternatively, anyone want to share the cost of a 40' container with me?
Could easily get the 90 and a long wheel base anything in, possibly squeeze in a couple of additional shorties or just a whole bunch or parts / engines, whatever.
I'm in no rush, so shout if you have any plans that might fit in with this scheme.
Cheers, David.

Ah, no. The 110 is most definitely not for sale. Nice try :D
The 90, on the other hand, may be. It all depends on ICBC. Although it's registered in the UK as a '92, Land Rover have confirmed it was shipped to the British Army in '86 - so '92 would have been it's de-mob year.
However, it's VIN suggests it's a 83/84 model, which is interesting. If ICBC go simply off the VIN (as they did when I brought the 110 in) I'll may end up with a vehicle that will be 100% legal in the US in about 15 months - and has only 97 thousand Kilometers on the clock.
Hmmmm....

No worries about the 110. I completely understand. :D
I wouldn't want to sell one either.
I'm not really looking for a 90 (really want a 5 door).
But, then again, for the right price I might be.
But, since I don't really want a 90, it would need to be a price I couldn't refuse.
Something tells me, you would rather keep it, or sell it to the US.
Maybe if next year you are still needing to split a container, we could talk.
I've had two JDM cruisers now, but I am downsizing so I can try and get a house.
Once I got the house, I can start thinking about spending for another truck.
Cheers,
Nick
