I have come across some internet resources in the past regarding DIY turbo rebuilds but I think if you have the bucks that you are better off having this done by the pro's. These things spin rather quickly and balance is important. There is a Garrett approved rebuilder in Surrey, ADP Distributors Inc - 604-888-3726. Not sure if there is a place up your way.

Dixon at Rock Island Rovers mentioned a company that does complete rebuilds. Check in with him.
