Looking for Series Gearbox and T-case Gears - FOUND - No Longer Looking

#1 Post by jacobko » Fri Oct 07, 2022 9:36 am

I am looking for the following gears for a late Series I or early Series II (Suffix A) gearbox and T-case. I have a lead on the intermediate gear, but I need to check to see if it is useable first. I'll be making an order from the UK in two weeks if I can't find anything local. Located in the Kootenays, so would need to be mailed if you're located far away. Thanks! Also, check out Red&Red in the projects section of the forum to keep up to date on the gearbox rebuild!

Gearbox:
- First gear on mainshaft
- Reverse idler
- Second gear matched pair
- Synchro unit

Transfer Case:
- High output gear
- Low output gear
- Intermediate gear

Thanks Tony. I am just looking for the gears, but if you want to take yours apart and see if the gears are any good then I would be interested in them. The last Series I box I bought didn't have good gears, and I don't want to take my chances again.

Sure, I think I have one stripped already. Do you have the gear part numbers or other info?
