Disco 2 crank position sensor

I'm doing the instal of a crabk position sensor in a 2002 disco 2 v8. Got the part from athletic British it's the ome part. It will not plug in. On inspection the plug on the new ones internal are not the same. Please help call me asap. 604 363 9983
