Nice project, but someone’s been researching prices on the internet! 😮

Image what you could get for your 88!
I picked up a 1970 2a Station Wagon in similar condition last weekend for 3k. The deals are still out there, but definitely getting harder to find.

I think that one’s been for sale for a few years (sort of across from the airport?)

No this one is on the other side of town. On the south side of the highway where Upper Brouse Road connects.harv wrote: Wed Sep 15, 2021 12:29 pm I think that one’s been for sale for a few years (sort of across from the airport?)

Anything is possible on BAT. :D I heard it's been in Nakusp a long time, possibly a 1 owner vehicle but its in the wet belt so it might be rotten.mepham55 wrote: Tue Sep 14, 2021 6:44 pm Nice project, but someone’s been researching prices on the internet! 😮

I actually know a bit about this LR. Four years ago I drove up to Nakusp on a tip about a cool red Land Rover outside of town. after asking around in town I found it and chatted with the owner. They used it as a back country fishing vehicle and it was bought new by the guy's great uncle for use on his farm up there. When he passed away he gifted it to his nephew. They didn't want to sell it at that time but I didn't care, it was a fun hunt.
