Chassis work

#1 Post by gertie » Sun May 10, 2020 7:22 pm

Hi -
Any recommendations for someone to do some chassis work in the Victoria /Saanich peninsula area? Need some rust repair and a new outrigger welded on.
Cheers, Dan

Hey Dan, I can suggest a few. My good friend Lee who runs @lgkustoms over in Esquimalt or his friend Rick Trenton who runs @arautoresurrection (both on instagram and Facebook). If they can't do it I know they will definitely know someone who does. Lee builds, fabricates, upholsters hot rods .. and anything else that comes his way. He also hauls vehicles.

Cheers
Stuart

Nice to hear Dan, mine is an early (63) series2a as well.
Always like to meet new islanders.
Where are you located on the south island? You’ll have to come out to one of our pub nights when we can gather again.

Hi Franko - I’m actually up in Central Saanich in Brentwood Bay. We moved here from Kelowna about a year ago. Absolutely - I was hoping to make it to the last one (who knew!!) in February, but work got in the way.
Cheers
