Delco - Remy brand new never used 12 volt POSITIVE ground regulator yes +Ground make me a offer

Dave,

It's not difficult to swap to an alternator on a S1.
You need to:
  • make a bracket to bolt to the block to mount the top of the alternator,
  • use the pulley from your generator
  • either bypass or modify your regulator (short out the contacts so Its just a junction block), and
  • update the wiring to the alternator
I'll see if I can dig up the drawing of the bracket I make when I converted my 80" to alternator and will post, if you want.
