Exmoor Trim forward facing rear tip-up seats

I bought these new in 2011 and they have seen very little use. They are both in excellent condition with very few signs of wear.
Land Rover Techno Twill part cloth pattern. These were in my 90 but would suit the rear tub of any Defender.
I have a few of the bits & pieces that came with the original fittings but do not have the actual seat belts as they
were repurposed into another project.
$500 $400 for the pair.
I am in Vancouver, but can meet anywhere in the lower mainland at the weekends.

Wondering if you still have the seats? I'd happily take them off our hands. To confirm, all the pieces for the seats are there *except* the seat-belts, correct? Thanks!
