Sounds like it’s more of an issue with the distribution company in Australia he ordered from, not really a Rocky Mountain parts issue. Ive been running RM paras for 8yrs and I’ve had zero issues with my parabolics and shocks.

I agree, sounds like the distribution company in Sydney Australia needs some customer service training!
Rocky mountain in Canada will match the springs into pairs and they now use all poly bushes.

Sounds like a bad product and parts if the bushes failed that quick. Not too sure about his homemade shackles either.
