I found this in my travels on freebay. I know it's an upgrade kit.... But upgrade how? Any good?
I can't find anything on the interwebs about it either.

Sadly that's pretty much all the pics that eBay had... I haven't heard of any big complaints about the solex carb, but maybe there is a known issue that it resolves?
Anyway, it's interesting to see. I love period upgrades!

I have read about this somewhere, but I cannot remember where! I have a couple NOS solex rebuild kits and I think it’s mentioned in the rebuild papers. Essentially it’s just and upgraded choke tube, not a”performance enhancer”, if that’s even possible with a series truck.
