Land Rover - Range Rover wanted .... Oct 5th

#1 Post by ANDYD » Wed Sep 20, 2017 8:47 pm

Hi All,

Land Rover of Richmond are getting ready to open their new dealership building early October. They have moved just around the corner from their old location (Richmond Auto-Mall). A brand new building much larger than the old location.

They are looking for nice clean stock examples of a Series Land Rover, Range Rover Classic and Land Rover Defender as part of the static show room display on the Grand Opening Day Oct 5th. (Factory Mods are ok). If you have one of these and are willing to spare it for a day then let me know here (PM or email) and I will pass on your information. The dealer ship will take care of the cleaning and detailing for you and of course you will have a special invite on the Big day!

Cheers,
Andy

Would they like a 110 on tracks? Or a Series 1?

Hi Martin,

Your S1 truck would be great, don't worry they are not looking for perfection, patina adds character ... I will let them know and get some more details for you.
They have a couple of old Jags lined up also for the event, so she will be in good company.

Cheers, Andy

Anyone else?? Still looking for 1 or 2 more if you can make it available for display on Oct 5th

Guess I'll have to wash my 80" before the 5th.
She's a bit dirty at the moment.

Hi Ray,

Is there such a thing as "too much character" .... if your game to attend, send me a recent photo and I will run it by them?

Martin,

I believe they will fully detail the vehicle for you but the driver could certainly do with a wash

Had one a few weeks back, but likely will need one before next Thursday.....

Oh, and you might inform them that, being British and an older gal, she does have a bit of incontinence (marks her spot). :alien:
