Hi all,
Every time I try to reply to an email or forum topic I get PHP errors.
Sometimes the message is actually sent but others it is not. The error looks like:
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/memberlist.php on line 846: include_once([ROOT]/includes/functions_messenger.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: Permission denied
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/memberlist.php on line 846: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening './includes/functions_messenger.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear')
I have tried two separate computers with the same issue. Looks to me like a web programming issue. (PHP is a server-side scripting language designed for web development)

Hello
Myself and a couple of other rover landers over here on the Island are also experiencing this it has been doing it for a couple of weeks now. Messages just disappear into thin air.

I think the messages are actually getting through, it's just that the page doesn't return you to where you came from....
