Disco 2 front prop shaft universal joints

Ok, so I just completely blew up the front UJ in my front prop shaft, kind of amazed it didn't fly apart on the highway! Anyway, I've got a disco 2 front shaft fitted in my truck to help keep the prop angle down since I have a lift. The front UJ looks a little smaller than the two upper ones and none of the part numbers I find on line match, GNK 7C. The prop shaft was the rebuild able type I bought new a few years ago. Anyone know a cross reference number I could go down to NAPA with and get a replacement? As soon as I mention Land Rover they all run like hell!!

Hi Pat,

Both Lordco and Napa should have them listed and normally have them in stock.
They even have my Defender ones listed in their book.

Thanks Andy, I checked with lordco and they did have them in stock, Moog 344. That's the good news, I now have a replacement. Bad news is that the failed joint took out one of the yokes in the process! I can't win these days! Anyone have a extra they want to sell? Just need the front yoke with the spline on it.
