November Pub get-together

Hey everyone

There's been a call for a pub get-together so I am proposing that we meet at the Gorge Pub in Victoria on Saturday November 28th at 1:30 PM. There will probably be a rover contingent driving down together from Duncan and there might even be a couple of stops at Capital Iron and Princess Auto along the way! Anyone else interested?

The pub's address is: 1075 Tillicum Rd, Victoria, BC V9A 2A4

We've reserved space at The Gorge for the get together and will finalize the numbers with them once we get closer to the 28th. The more the merrier.

Hey everyone, looks like we will have a nice sized crowd of the "regulars" as well as some new faces to welcome and talk about rovers. I am going to be confirming our reservation with the Gorge Pub soon so if you are planning to attend but haven't mention it yet please do so by the weekend as I will be confirming on Monday. Looking forward to see you all there!

Hi Everyone

Just a reminder tomorrows the big day. So far we have 4 rovers meeting in Duncan at 10:00 am and then heading down to Princess Auto and Capitol Iron for some Black Friday shopping before meeting for lunch at the Gorge pub at 1:30.

Well that was fun! Sorry if we missed anyone, there was a last minute change in venue due to some problems with local liquor license regulations so we wound-up at the 4 Mile instead, food was good, conversation was better and we got to meet some new faces and see some more of the older ones as well :bigsmurf: No one got stuck or broken down and there were only a couple of navigational errors along the way. Nice to see at least one brave soul out with a leaf-sprung truck while the rest of us rode about in coil spring luxury :bounce:
