Yes, a 11A head will fit a Series 111. A S11 head will also fit but would require other changes...Most S111 heads were 8:1. You can identify this by inspecting the center head bolt boss adjacent to the carb. If the boss is an obvious square shape it is an 8:1 head if it is rounded (as all others) it is 7:1. There is a noticeable difference in power between the two compression ratios. Hope that helps.

Also...You will have to blank out the coldstart-Otter switch coolant port on the 11A head. Easy to do....
