Re: new rover owner
Hi Congrats on the new Land Rover, I'm sure it will be a long Love-Hate relationship ....
The only real two options are;
1- replace the leaf springs for new leaf springs if the old one are really tired and can't be revived!
2- change for new Parabolic Springs available through Rocky Mountain products in North Vancouver.
There is a third option which is best done when changing the chassis for a new one, and that is you can order a Series Land Rover Chassis with the coil spring mounting option (from the UK)
Post up some photos of your new truck when you can....

Re: new rover owner
If the truck has sat and the leaves are rusted together, it can help a lot to open them up, clean and lube them and then run it a bit off road to get them working.

Re: new rover owner
New leaf springs or parabollocks will soften the ride and lift it if your springs are sagging.
If not already fitted I have a set of extended spring shackles that will also lift the truck that you can have for a case of beer.

Also, here is a link to Jeremy's website for Parabolics. http://www.parabolicsprings.com/
I believe there are a few happy customers around here who can attest to the quality of his products.
