Sunrise Lake/ Fossil Beach overnight West Harrison Sep 20-21
Hello Roverlanders,
I'm doing an overnight trip this coming weekend, Sept 20th.
West Harrison Lake power-line route, then up to Sunrise Lake and finishing up down at Fossil Beach for an overnight.
Meeting at Saquatch Inn 11am saturday.
If you're not interested in Sunrise Lake, you could always just meet us at Fossil Beach. I haven't done the Sunrise trail in a long long long time. I'd like to give it a go.

Hey Mike,
Great idea, this could possibly be the last "warm" weekend to camp out this year! Currently showing 28 degs & sunny in the daytime and 12 degs overnight at Harrison Lake!
A few of us will be heading down to Fossil Beach on Harrison Lake for a weekend camp out, all Rover-Landers are welcome to join us. Depending on your schedule this could be a one day visit (Sat or Sun) or a overnight camp out.
A few options;
Option 1 - Meet us at the Sasquatch Inn at 9.30am Saturday morning and convoy into Fossil Beach (recommended to convoy if you dont know the way to Fossil or would like assistance (spotting) with getting over the 2 or 3 rocky obstacles heading down to the beach.
Option 2 - Meet Mike P at Sasquatch Inn at 11am and head up to Sunrise Lake and then down Fossil Beach. (high clearance on front & rear bumpers recommended for Sunrise Lake).
Option 3 - If you know your own way, drop in any time and see us there either Saturday or Sunday.
Cheers,
Andy

Fantastic weekend, the perfect sunny, bug free camp out!
The Lake water was cool and refreshing when swimming during the day, the beer was cool and refreshing at night!
....if only the summer was longer .....sigh!

Andy
