Off-Road commercial on Granville Street

#1 Post by ANDYD » Tue Jun 17, 2014 2:31 pm

Interesting transformation of Granville Street for a Jeep Off-Road commercial this past weekend ....

A film crew turned Granville Street into a mountain river with 24,000 gallons of water being pumped from the catching pond at the bottom of the hill back to the top. The aim was to create a running frozen river set along Granville between Pender St for the Jeep to drive along with multiple camera angles. Amazing transformation just for a weekend of filming.

Cool!

P.S. Your brakes are sounding a little squeaky. ;)

Yes, I found that one of the retaining split pins on the rear disc pads had dissapeared! Seems better now!

No wolves... but there was a few Cougars downtown!

Dont be silly, a jeep could make it through there, but no way a Defender could!
