2.25 flywheel to edge of adaptor measurement

I am hoping someone has an engine out and could take a measurement for me I am looking for the distance from the flywheel clutch surface to the face of the adaptor piece(where it bolts to the transmission)

So if one could put a straight edge across the face of the adaptor and measure from the straightedge to the clutch surface on the flywheel.

This needs to be done on an assembled engine which I don't have right now.

I am attempting to put a different engine in and would like to make the clutch work properly

Anything that would bolt to a series transition would work like a 2.5 or maybe a 200 tdi
