Spotted twice in the last two days on Leathead Road and Edwards Road at the north end of town.
Yellow (mustard) LHD 110 Van - 'possibly in need of paint'...

The licence plate must be quite a recently-issued one and local, as it is close to my one.
Didn't manage to get a photo either time!
