NEW Range Rover Sport Details & Pricing

#1 Post by Crs » Wed Jun 26, 2013 4:42 pm

Tired of fixing up the Series One? :80inch:

Land Rover Canada just announced details and pricing for the new RR Sports: http://rules.config.landrover.com/jdxl/en_ca/l494/.

The Autobiography now costs about the same as about 15 used Discovery Ones.

I like it! Gotta have that Supercharger. Any man can attest, you absolutely must have a 5 second 0-60 time in the family SUV.

Too bad I can't afford it. Maybe I'll buy a used one in 3 years when it's half price.

Yes, 5 sec 0-60 Land Rover is very practical. What next? A Porsche 4x4!?!? Oh, wait...

It is when you're trying to ween yourself off a sports car, hehehe.
When you have to be an adult but you're not ready yet.

G wagen?

I know they're really capable offroad, but it seemed to me that they deliver Defender type performance for (new) Range Rover type money. For less money, wouldn't a new Defender with aftermarket leather trim, a few mods, and maybe a new engine get the same effect and street cred for much less $?

Maybe I've missed something. I'd be interested to know more about them.
