this was on BC4X4:
"Last night around 8:00 someone driving a black dually pulling a white 20' ish cargo trailer stole a set of 4 MattTracks off my brother in laws 4x4 E250 van. The van was parked on highway 99 just south of Daisy Lake dam.
These tracks have a replacement cost of close to $50,000! He wants them back, no questions asked. As GM of a cat skiing/ heli skiing operation he has the toys to make whoever locates these tracks VERY happy!
If you have any information, or know of anyone who has suddenly "acquired" a set of these tracks, please either PM me here, or call Whistler RCMP at 604-932-3044, or preferably, both! "

No shit thats your brother inlaw saw that story on the news hour a few days ago. Someone out there has some balls to steal those off the side of the hwy and no one stopped or said anything.
Must have taken them some time to get them all off as well.

It takes a while to put them on, but taking them off is actually pretty fast if you just take the tracks and not the brackets.
