Go to www.roverlanders.bc.ca

The whole main page is a copy of the poster.

I am going to bring some Overland Journal stuff and have a show-special sign-up sheet. Do I need to tell anybody specific?

Sounds good Ray,

If you have anything for the raffle table can you get it to us before 1pm on the day?

Cheers,
Andy

AGM motion

#8 Post by Bill E. » Fri Jan 21, 2011 3:34 pm

Hi everyone,
Andy has started a thread in the Member's only section of this web forum to discuss the AGM agenda. I have posted a copy of a motion to his thread that I intend to introduce as part of the AGM. If you have some time I would appreciate it if you could review my proposal and lend your support to it at the AGM on Saturday.

Founders Day Jan 2011

#9 Post by ANDYD » Mon Jan 24, 2011 10:15 am

Hi All,

Another very successfull Founders Day, a big Thank You for everyone who turned up. It was a busy afternoon with well over 60 trucks inside the arena. We will be looking at the stat's as the week goes on but all and all I think it all went very well.

The Military set up looked awesome, thanks to all who participated. Also to all those who came early and stayed late to set and pack up...Thank you, many hands made light work!

Cheers,
Andy

To avoid starting a new topic but still looking for the info I'll ask when is the 2012 (assuming the world doesn't end first) Founders Day and Snow Flake Chase happening?
