Haynes Manuals....

#1 Post by Ryan F. » Wed Apr 06, 2011 4:45 pm

I was wondering if anyone has used/currently using any Haynes vehicle manuals for the LR? As an owner of a 95 RRC LWB I have been thinking of picking one up for my vehicle and was wondering what you out there have to say about it???

Or is there something else out there i should be looking for?

Cheers,
Ryan

I would look for the Rave CD manual on line or get a copy from one of the members. it has much more info and details from what i noticed.

In my humble opinion you can never have enough manuals....

I find that the Haynes manuals are sometimes a little more North American user friendly :thumbleft: using terminology that we understand. Like "Shocks versus Dampers". :?

Saying that I have the Haynes manual...and the official Land Rover Workshop Military :s3green: 90/110 manual...plus the Military 90/110 Land Rover Parts manual...and the the civilian equivalent ones as well. :110caravan:

Most with the exception of the Haynes I was able to source for FREE online. :computer: :wav:

my two cents.... :tongue8:

...and yes...I'm killing time...taking a break from wiring the Sankey....

Haynes are OK but I find some of the on-line PDF manuals to be an excellent resource as well, here is a link to a site with all sorts of rover manuals (usual caveats apply):

http://www.landroverweb.com/landrover/p ... r-manuals/
