Found this link on my 101 web site and the folks are using these covers to put underneath (on the inside) their soft tops to keep them warmer. Apparently these were made originally to keep HF (high frequency) radio signals from straying into the cab and RF barbecuing the occupants when transmitting with their vertical antennas.
They weigh in at about 16 pounds.
