#1 Post by DaveB » Mon May 31, 2010 5:27 pm

JUNE 26th -- AS OF A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO WE ARE MAXED OUT AND HAVE BEEN TURNING PEOPLE AWAY. SORRY THIS EVENT IS FULL FOR THIS YEAR. PLEASE DON'T JUST SHOW UP AS WE'VE HAD TO TURN AWAY OTHERS AND IT WOULDN'T BE FAIR TO LET YOU IN AFTER WE TURNED OTHERS AWAY.

THERE'S ALWAYS 2011...

THANKS, DAVE

The countdown is on ~ only 4 weeks to go until until Rover Ranch 2010!!
Dates: July 1 - 4th
Location: Rover Ranch, Armstrong, North Okanagan

This is our 4th annual Rover Ranch event and we are jam packed to date for this year's event and looking forward to seeing everyone up here for some serious R & R (Rovering & Relaxation).

This is a limited capacity event so please don't just show up. You must get in touch with us to let us know you're hoping to come. If you are not sure if you are 'on the list' please contact us asap.

A standby list has been started, check with us over the next few weeks to see if a spot has opened up.

Thanks to everyone who let us know early, we've had bookings as far back as last Dec & Jan.

A schedule of events and selected Runs for the 2-4th will be posted for all participants by June 15th.

See you on Canada Day! Bring your flags!

If you wish to come earlier in the week and start relaxing you are most welcome to do so. Let us know.

thanks, Dave & Pamela

Hey Dave, Pamela, wow such a crowd, FYI we will be coming up on the 30th but will stay in Kelowna for the night and then drive in, in the morning and set up if that is OK. We'll partake in the Thursday run which I assume starts around 10? See you all soon.

Thanks Dave & Pam for another brilliant event!
The Rover Boys just loved all the fun and games...especially the cliff climbing
Fun was had by all around the campfire and the trips out were well organized and great job leading us through all the goo!

See you in 2011

Again one of our favorite events, so a big thanks to Dave and Pamela for putting it all together once more and baring with us all. Hope all is well considering the fires in the area and the Mill! Again thanks so much from John and Sandrine.
