An interesting sidebar to the ABFM is that this year a few of us convinced Alan Simpson of Roverworks, who has supported and continues to support Land Rover owners, to enter his 1954 Jaguar XK 120 OTS which he built (it was much more than a retoration). It is the BRG Jag in my lot of pictures that Bill posted.

Alan was up against some very stiff competition this year but his fabulous work caught the eye of an appreciating audience and he was awarded "Best in Class 6" for Jaguar XK120/140/150.

Congratulations Alan!!!
