Due to the snowy conditions, I think we'd best hold off on naming the destination of the Snowflake chase until Sunday morning. However, the meeting spot will be Whatcom Road exit Hwy 1, just East of Abbotsford, at 9:30 AM Sunday.

This morning I went out to Whatcom Road on an errand and just on a whim thought I'd drive east a wee bit to the Hougen Park exit and back. Within a few hundred yards it was 100 KPH winds and total white out conditions on South Parellel Road.
I think we'll have a bit of an idea exchange tomorrow evening and perhaps decide upon an alternate spot for the Snowflake chase, or perhaps put it off all together...
For now it is still on, pending the weather.
