For those not following on the Spot GPS tracker, Pete and Kris pulled into Norman Wells this evening.

They report a little more snow than Cypress Mountain!

cheers,
Andy

Some pics from our recent "snowflake chase". We drove to Edmonton to meet Norman Hendry (member of Canol group) and from there we drove up to Wrigley and over the winter road to Norman Wells, NWT. On the way back we passed through Jasper and Banff. From Norman Wells to the national parks, everywhere we looked, there were awesome examples of Canada's beauty. The weather gods were smiling as everyday was sunny and the lowest temp was not bad at ~ -20C. Total distance was ~7000km. (Sorry about my Toyota but the heat works better than the 110...)
