off-road rules coming
I see by the Oct. 5 edition of the Vancouver Sun that: "Province wants to rein in off-road yahoos". That's not us, of course, but it appears some regulation is coming. If you don't get the print edition of the sun you can find it it the on-line edition. Larry

Sound like they are going to require licencing and helmets in two year. Also going to require plates!
I'm not clear whether they will require insurance. I had a buddy who's truck was hit and written off by a dune buggy on a logging road. He didn't have collision and the dune buggy had nothing. ICBC told him he was SOL even though the other guy was clearly at fault.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens as this comes on-line
