OK super late notice but if anyone wants to have a little scenic drive in the mountains tomorrow (visit the hope slide, etc), Sunshine Valley is having an early Canada Day celebration, Sat June 27.
Series Rovers, Unimogs, expedition-kitted trucks, old cars bikes etc who want to come and add their vehicle to the static display (there will be a variety of older vehicles on hand from all over, not a huge quantity though) will be welcome and will get a free lunch from the organisers.
It is a family-friendly event, kids, dogs, etc are all welcome.
The event runs from 9am till roughly 5pm.
Sunshine Valley is 10 mins East of Hope on Hwy 3, the Hope-Princeton Hwy. Call me at 604-860-0308 if you need info.
