Anyone in the Kootenays?

#1 Post by dan » Sat Sep 27, 2008 2:28 pm

Hi is there anyone here other than me who is in the kootenays? I'd like to get together with some folks and go out for a drive. Let me know. Thanks.

I live in the East Kootenay's. I usually stick to backroads near my place. Once in a while, I venture over to Nelson.

I ventured from East to West Kootenay on the weekend. Went to potter around and do some geocaching with a friend. Glad that the Kootenay Lake ferry is still free.

Hi there, I live in Balfour, about 1km from the terminal. I don't have a rover on the road as of yet, but I am trying. Hopefully we'll go for a drive soon. Cheers, Dan.

I'm from cranbrook but currently going to school in castlegar. Unfortunately I just took my SII diesel off the road for the winter.

Brian and Suzy are near Balfour. I don't know if they check this forum often but they are (were?) Rover Lander members. I'll shoot them a PM to alert them to this thread.
