May 3rd 4th Twisp/Oroville/Okanogan trip

The Northwest Overland Society has invited us to join them in a trip in the hills above the US area of the Okanagan. Further details can be found on their site:

We are planning on attending this event. Please let me know if you're interested. I t would likely entail a cheap motel in Keremeos on Friday night, a crossing of the border at Nighthawk on Saturday morn and meeting the folks from the south at a predetermined point between the border and Twisp.

My 8yr old son is on the fence on this one. He was wondering if anyone else is bringing kids along?

I know you guys are getting a motel on Friday, but will you be camping on Saturday night with us?

On our end it looks like we are going to have 2-3 trucks.

No one else has responded at this end, although there were a few interested parties with us last weekend... We'll leave Friday evening and camp somewhere around Osoyoos or Oroville then head towards Twisp early Saturday. We'll be camping Saturday night.
